I went dancing!

After what seems forever, I went out dancing on last week - for three hours without stop. Felt alive and so so happy. Also reminded me of the good old times..
* the picture is from the last hike - maybe the only time when I feel happier than dancing, is when I am on the mountains.

3 песни за сутрешна физ-зарядка

Преди да си измия очите и да си изтрия зъбите сутрин, първо си пускам любима раздвижваща песен и тануцам! Ей така, за размърдване на заспалите сухожилия и за зарадване на кръвта по вените. Така земята започва пак да обикаля около слъцето и около орбита си, а аз се задъхвам и ми се завива свят от електричеството във въздуха.

Massive Attack - Atlas Air

I started my journey in the world of electronic music not long ago and recently figured out its effect on my emotions.
It keeps ticking and turning the wheel ahead in a semi-mechanic manner. As mechanic as the way a synthesizer hits with machine-precision the rhythmic figures. And still as humane as the variety of the melodic movements which came from human composers.
Electronic music has always reminded me of a cycle, continuity and progression, maybe because of the machine-precision. I find it always the perfect stimulus to carry on a process that is not the most feeling-inspired one. For example at work. The best music to boost motivation at work!
However there are electronic songs that go beyond: they radiate positiveness, they motivate me to keep on going ahead because I unconsciously know that the next phase of the cycle will be better and nicer.


Although life seems sometimes as an endless waiting...

... it is worth: The next cycle is your better life!
